We are hiring an Enterprise Business Analyst to join the Software Operations department. Reporting to the head of the Enterprise Architecture Team, this critical role leads business transformation projects to optimize our end-to-end SaaS tech stack in a rapidly growing organization.
In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions. Wearing many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, systems configuration, testing, delivery and post deployment support. As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you will work alongside Enterprise Architect and Operations Team to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions particularly on Sales Cloud, E-commerce and Community, all while learning and growing your abilities in an agile environment.
What you will do:

Support gathering, understanding, and defining business requirements including demonstration of requirements traceability (RTM)

Document future state business processes

Write user stories for future state business processes

Estimate work effort and build a business case for specific enhancements

Conceives, proposes and facilitates the selection of viable functional solution alternatives

Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing

Work with Business, Product Owner, Data team and QA to ensure built solutions meet stated requirements

Oversees User Acceptance phase of initiatives (define strategy, plan, approve test cases, lead all aspects of execution).

Provide support post Go Live

Provide 3rd tier support for business applications and work with the IT/development team to resolve system bugs
What we are looking for:

2+ years experience as a senior system administrator, business analyst or solution engineer in the software industry, including 2+ years of experience on Salesforce, NetSuite or similar cloud-based implementations through the full Software Development Lifecycle

Experience with Agile methodology

Experience collaborating with business partners like Marketing, Sales and Finance teams

Validated ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

Ability to balance and prioritize numerous tasks within a collaborative team environment

One or more Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales / Service / Experience Cloud, or Platform App Builder) preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology or related field preferred
